The original Villager’s Salad
- 2 cut cucumbers
- 20 sliced cherry tomatoes
- 3 chopped spring onions
- 300 gr. xinomyzithra of Crete
- 1/4 glass of Organic Cretanthos Olive Oil
- 5 tablespoons petimezi of Crete
- dried oregano
- salt (a little)
Instructions:
Place all the ingredients in a large container and mix them very well. Then add the organic fresh olive oil and mix our ingredients 1-2 times. Then we leave the villager’s salad for 30 minutes in the fridge, to cool and to bind its aromas and liquids. Well done, flawless execution! Serve and have a good appetite!
