This is an organic farming product. It is the limited production of the olives early harvest crop. This product has its origins in the Koroneiki variety. The cultivated fields are located in Crete, in Greece. First we collect only the green olives. Then we grind them with the ‘Cold Extraction’ method and we produce this olive oil . In addition we store and protect the olive oil in stainless steel tanks with Nitrogen system. Therefore, it is very rich in antioxidants which are beneficial for human health known as polyphenols. Most importantly we test it twice. First of all with chemical and finally with panel test analyses. As a result we ensure that its quality meets our high standards. Moreover it is certified by the Ecological organisation DIO as an organic farming product.
It has win many awards for excellent quality by worldwide organisations as one of the best early harvest olive oils from Greece and continues to get awarded every year.
