This is an extra virgin organic farming product. It is the production of the olives normal crop. This product has its origins in the Koroneiki variety. The cultivated fields are located in Crete, in Greece. First we collect only the semi raw olives. Then we grind them with the ‘Cold Extraction’ method and we produce this extra virgin olive oil . In addition we store and protect the olive oil in stainless steel tanks with Nitrogen system. Therefore, it has good levels of antioxidants which are very beneficial for human health known as polyphenols. Most importantly we test it twice. First of all with chemical and finally with panel test analyses. As a result we ensure that its quality meets our high standards. Moreover it is certified by the Ecological organisation DIO as an organic farming product.
