Handmade Wheat ‘Dakos’ Rusks


Our GRANDMOTHER Nicoletta used to gather woods and valu- able herbs from the fields every morning. Then she baked in their traditional wood oven of her yard their delicious Cretan bread and wheat rusks for her children and our grandfather Pantelis. A habit that became a tradition for us and we continue by honoring our ancestors memory.
