Handmade Barley ‘Dakos’ Rusks

Our GRANDMOTHER Nicoletta used to gather woods and valuable herbs from the fields every morning. Then she baked in their traditional wood oven of her yard delicious Cretan bread and Barley rusks for her children and our grandfather Pantelis.  A habit that became a tradition for us and we continue by honoring our ancestors memory.
