Το Cretanthos Βιολογικό Εξαιρετικά Παρθένο Ελαιόλαδο είναι ανώτατης ποιότητας προϊόν από ημί-ώριμες ελιές και σχετικά πλούσιο σε πολύτιμα αντιοξειδωτικά συστατικά που εξουδετερώνουν τις ελεύθερες ρίζες. Παράγεται από ελιές της γνωστής ποικιλίας “Κορωνέικη” που καλλιεργούνται στα οικογενειακά μας βιολογικά κτήματα στον Βόρειο Μυλοπόταμο Κρήτης σε σχετικά παραθαλάσσιες περιοχές.
Η συγκομιδή αρχίζει με μηχανικές μεθόδους στις αρχές του Νοέμβρη για να συλλεχθούν ημί-ώριμες ελιές. Αυτό έχει ως αποτέλεσμα την παραγωγή εξ.παρθένου ελαιολάδου με πλούσιο και πολύπλοκο άρωμα-σώμα. Το Cretanthos Βιολογικό Εξαιρετικά Παρθένο Ελαιόλαδο παράγεται με την μέθοδο της ψυχρής έκθλιψης, φιλτράρεται, αποθηκεύεται και τυποποιείται με κλειστό σύστημα αζώτου. Η διαδικασία αυτή δίνει την δυνατότητα στο ελαιόλαδο να κρατήσει την θρεπτική αξία του, να μην αλλοιωθεί σε βάθος χρόνου και να φτάσει στο πιάτο του τελικού καταναλωτή ως ένα προϊόν με ιδιαίτερο χαρακτήρα που θα το απολαύσει 100%.
Η εμφιάλωση του γίνεται στο σύγχρονο και πιστοποιημένο κατά ISO 22000/2018 βιολογικό τυποποιητήριο της Cretanthos. Ως προϊόν είναι πιστοποιημένο από τον οργανισμό βιολογικών τροφίμων ΔΗΩ, έχει βραβευτεί πολλάκις σε διεθνείς διαγωνισμούς ελαιολάδου για την ποιότητα του και την υψηλή πολυπλοκότητα του και εξακολουθεί να λαμβάνει πολλαπλές διεθνείς βραβεύσεις κάθε χρόνο.
