Omelet with broccoli
We will need:
Cretanthos Bio Early Harvest olive oil
small pieces of broccoli
1 onion cut into washer
5 eggs
5 tablespoons milk
oregano
salt
pepper
Implementation:
Put in a non-stick frying pan 3 tablespoons of Cretanthos Bio Early Harvest olive oil, broccoli and onion, stirring for 2-3 minutes. In a bowl, place the eggs, milk, oregano, a little salt and pepper. Stir until uniform, then add to pan. Then after one side is cooked, turn the omelet to bake both sides equally. The broccoli omelet is ready !! Serve well with your appetite!
