Selected hand-picked olives with garlic
Product of selected hand-picked olives. These olives are produced only from 6 centuries-old olive trees of 1200 years or more which are located in the P.O.P. in Northern Mylopotamos of Crete, within Certified Organic cultivation and within the UNESCO Geopark Psiloritis. The specific olives chosen for this product are of the Thrompolia or Chondrolia variety as the older generations used to say.
Due to the extremely old age of the specific olive trees, their special way of cultivation and the special family recipe that is passed down from generation to generation, we have as a result that the produced product is particularly complex in aroma, taste and aftertaste.
The Chef and the Grandma suggest:
Use in combination with village salad, with rusks together with xinomyzithra cheece & extra virgin olive oil, as well as with pure fresh cucumber.
